Wedding Flowers at Nova 535

Our first wedding at Nova 535 located in St Petersburg, Florida was for Candace and Travis. She was the perfect bride to work with and she wanted her wedding flowers to reflect her fun personality. They chose the Nova because they wanted their reception to be more of a party with celebrating than the traditional dances and stuff. she even added feathers into her centerpieces to complete her idea. Candace- I will miss you calling me to talk about the details of your wedding but I am so happy for you and Travis.

Heritage Spring Country Club in Trinity with Wedding Flowers

Everyone will ask me what I think about tall and low centerpieces together and I always respond- Great! I believe it makes the room look more interesting and it also helps with your budget. The pictures here show where we did a combination of tall and low centerpieces for a wedding at Heritage Springs Country Club in Trinity. The church ceremony was at Palm Harbor Methodist Church and we had done the bride's brothers wedding several years ago. I love working with the siblings of past clients because I always enjoy seeing them again. It is fun to catch up with them and I am honored that they choose to come back to us. Jamie and Joe were so sweet, you could tell they were perfectly matched. Congratulations and thank you!

March 21, 2010- A Waterfront Wedding Showcase at Bon Appetit Restaurant and Honeymoon Island

We will be participating in a bridal showcase at Bon Appetit Restaurant located at 150 Marina Plaza; Dunedin Fl 34698 on Sunday March 20 from 12:00 to 4:00PM. We will have flowers showing the latest styles and colors. Debbie will be there to assist with any questions and to schedule appts to meet again on a personal level. For everyone who fills out an information card for us- will be entered to win a free bridal bouquet. Bon Appetit is providing a shuttle to the beaches at Honeymoon Island where you will see a beach set up and flowers on the arch that come with the package there. The cost to attend is 5.00 collected by Bon Appetit .

The Bride's Bouquet and Crate and Barrel in Tampa

Last May , I was anxiously awaiting the opening of Crate and Barrel at International Mall in Tampa. It is one of my favorite stores to shop at . I love all the simple cool designs and all the fresh new fabrics that they have. I always recommend them to my brides for their bridal registry and for vases for their wedding. Simple flowers look best when done in groupings with candles and they are the perfect centerpiece at a wedding .

Eastlake Woodlands Country Club Wedding Flowers

Our wedding tonight was at East Lake Woodlands Country Club in Oldsmar, Florida but what made this wedding so special was Rhea. I loved the bride and found her warm, soft personality a dream to work with . Her Mother was equally charming and witty and I wish it could have gone on forever. Last week we had a group at Innisbrook that wanted to use their flowers for a few days for their different events and we suggested Yellow lilies, orange roses and white callas in a glass cylinder vase. As you can tell from the pictures the yellow lilies are just starting to open and the roses would just become more beautiful over several days. We almost always suggest a glass vase for groups that want their flowers to last because it is the lack of water that kills the flowers .
