Tampa- What does it mean when a wedding florist calls them self full service. It can mean a lot of things but to us it means that from the time we begin the delivery to the time we finish the lighting the last candle - we are there to serve you and ensure that all the details are correct. We start by delivering the bridal flowers directly to the bride- whether that is to a home address, to a hotel , or to the ceremony site. We pin on every corsage and bout and set up all the details for the wedding. After the ceremony, we stay and move the flowers to your reception to be used again there. For receptions that rent equipment from us- like large vases- we pick them up and do not require that you are inconvenienced to bring them back to us. So lets say your wedding is at Sacred Heart downtown Tampa and your reception is at Marriott Waterside. We will transfer your altar flowers to the reception while your guests are in their cocktail hour and we will take the flowers from the pews and decorate your head table and cake table with them. It is a lovely way to re-use your beautiful flowers and get the most for your flower dollars. Full service to us- means taking care of all the details and we are happy to assist. When you are interviewing florists- be sure to ask who will be taking care of these details and if that is not part of their service- call us for an appt. 727.785.2562
Enjoy your wedding day and let us handle the details!

Sometimes you just want to keep it simple and this wedding at the Rusty Pelican in February of 2010 wanted just that. The Bridesmaids bouquets were 3 stems of open cut callas wrapped with red ribbon to match their dresses making them very reasonable at 30.00 each. The Bride carried callas with red roses and her bouquet was 90.00. The centerpieces were 22.00 with submerged mini callas with lariope and a floating candle. The couple selected flowers they liked and then kept it simple - including their budget. Great choice and they did not have to do anything themselves making it budget conscience and stress friendly. Beach weddings are so romantic and in the Tampa Bay area , we have miles and miles of beach to host your ceremony. One choice is to go all white - drape the bamboo arch with yards of white flowing fabric. Natural bamboo chivari chairs tied with white chiffon and boxes of white roses clustered down the aisle. All white is timeless and classic. Another elegant look would be to use magenta organza and accent it with purple vanda orchids tied to bamboo down the aisle. Again , we suggest the chivary chairs - match the sashes to the bamboo arch and you have created a complete wedding look. The ceremony may only be 20 to 30 minutes but your memories are for a lifetime. Call us for other suggestions for beach weddings and visit our website for flowers at other locations in the Tampa Bay Area- such as the Sandpearl, Innisbrook, Kapok , Davis Island Garden Club, Rusty Pelican and many more. www.thebridesb.com
Valentines Day is always the day when you remember your sweetie and the traditional way to do that is to send red roses. Women love surprises and you could start the weekend by sending them to her at work and then taking her to dinner on Sunday. We checked around in the Tampa Bay Area and we compared our 50 cm long stem roses- Freedoms to other florists and we are providing the best value. Comparison shopping found them from 85.00 to 105.00 for the same thing. Call us early for the best selection. 727.785.2562.
